Adam Napp serves as an advisor for Sperry Van Ness, LLC, specializing in the sale and leasing of retail property and land in Cook County, Illinois. Prior to being an Advisor at Sperry Van Ness, Mr. Napp served as managing broker. While in that capacity, he was responsible for working with advisors to achieve their sales goals, maintaining and promoting client relationships and offering input on the day to day operation of the company. Mr. Napp received his introduction to Chicago real estate by working at Draper and Kramer, one of Chicagos oldest and most respected real estate firms. While there, he completed various analyses for all major property types. Active in his profession, Adam is a member of several organizations including: the International Council of Shopping Centers and Next Generation, the Chicago Association of Realtors, the Edgewater/Uptown Builders Association, and is a member of various local chambers of commerce. He is a past board member of the 47th Ward Retail Committee, Logan Square Economic Development Corporation and the Wicker Park Committee. Mr. Napp earned a bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a resident of the Wicker Park neighborhood, his home since moving to Chicago in 1999.
