 AboutAldo J. Bottalla serves as an advisor for Sperry Van Ness, LLC, specializing in the sale and leasing of hospitality and retail property, in addition to the sale of land property throughout Chicago, Illinois.Mr. Bottallas entrepreneurial career began when he graduated from Arizona State University. He and a partner founded a company called Rocky Mountain Vending, an innovative way of dispensing 16 ounce water bottles from a vending machine; the first of its kind.A few years later, Mr. Bottalla began buying and selling real estate for personal investments. After a decade of being on his own, Mr. Bottalla decided to become an agent for Coldwell Banker, specializing in the sale of multifamily property. Four years later, he decided to join SR Commercial and continued to expand his commercial portfolio, prior to affiliating with Sperry Van Ness.Bottalla is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and earned a Bachelor of Science in business management from Arizona State University.
