 AboutAndrea Luburich serves as an advisor and assistant to managing director Scott R. Maesel for Sperry Van Ness, LLC, specializing in sale and leasing of office and retail property, in addition to the sale of investment properties throughout Chicago, Illinois. With more than three years of experience, Luburich has assisted and secured over 50 transactions. Prior to transitioning in to brokerage, Luburich served as director of client services for SR Commercial Real Estate Advisors in Chicago. As director of client services, Luburich oversaw the daily operations of the firm in addition to managing staff, resolving customer service issues, and assisting advisors to better serve their clients. Previously Luburich served as executive assistant to the president of Sussex and Reilly Commercial; maintaining the contact database, scheduling all meetings, property viewings and presentations, and overseeing the work and progress of marketing interns. Having started her career as an intern while in college, Luburich understands all facets of a full service commercial brokerage company, such as Sperry Van Ness, from marketing to sales. As an active advisor, Luburich is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Chicago Association of Realtors and the DePaul University Real Estate Center.
