 AboutDan Elliot serves as an Advisor and a member of the Mid-West Net Leased Team for Sperry Van Ness. Dan specializes in the acquisition and disposition of NNN Leased Assets, primarily in the Mid-West, with a focus on Illinois. With almost a decade of experience in real estate, both as an advisor and investor, Dan's experience, extensive market knowledge and work ethic have contributed to his success and his ability to help his clients achieve their investment goals. Before joining Sperry Van Ness, Dan worked for Astra Zeneca Pharmaceuticals as a Sales Specialist in the suburban Chicago market. Dan enjoyed great success at Astra Zeneca and was consistently ranked as one the top three sales specialists in the territory. Prior to Astra Zeneca, Dan worked within the sports marketing industry for over 10 years. Dans responsibilities included a broad range of activities such as; identifying client prospects, pitching and retaining clients, developing targeted marketing programs that would allow companies to communicate their brand message through sports, managing all account related activities, and all budgeting and financial reconciliation. Dan has an MBA and Masters in Sports Business Management from The University of Central Florida, and an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from The University of Western Ontario, in Ontario, Canada.
