Jack Fisher serves as a senior advisor for Sperry Van Ness, LLC, specializing in the sale of investment properties, with a focus on multi-family. With more than 40 years of brokerage experience, he has participated in sale transactions totaling more than $450 million in value. Having been a partner for many years in the firm of Ade Realty Inc., in 1983 Fisher founded the firm of Jack Fisher Realty Associates, Inc., and subsequently co-founded the firm of Fisher/Sears & Associates, Inc., in 1991. In addition to being an Illinois licensed real estate broker, Fisher, a native Chicagoan is a graduate of De Paul University Law School. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Decalogue Society of Lawyers. Fisher was a past recipient of the highly coveted "Stuart B. Mathews Salesman of the Year" award issued by the Chicago Real Estate Board. A specialist in investment property, he has appeared as a panelist on this subject at meetings for various real estate groups.
