 AboutBefore joining SPERRY VAN NESS, Kevin Baran was a Senior Associate at a Chicago boutique real estate company where he was a landlord representative for over 600,000 square feet of downtown office space. During his tenure he brought several buildings from below 70% leased to above 90%. He subsequently assisted in the marketing and sale of three of the buildings, which brought above market prices. He also has experience with industrial leasing and property management.Prior to working in commercial real estate, he was a project manager in Architectural Woodworking where he coordinated the manufacture and installation of commercial and high end residential millwork projects.Kevin graduated from Northern Illinois University and resides in suburban Carol Stream with his wife and two children.
