Reid Bennett serves as a senior advisor for Sperry Van Ness, specializing in the sale of multi-family apartment properties. As a licensed broker in both Indiana and Illinois, he focuses primarily on the sale of apartment communities within the 100-400 unit realm. He has been able to introduce clients to new markets where they have continued to build large portfolios which has satisfied their repeat investment needs.Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness he was a broker with Fisher/Sears and Associates, Inc., a local Chicago firm, where he worked with condominium converters as well as large apartment complex buyers and procured a multitude of multi-million dollar deals both in Chicago and Northwest Indiana.He graduated from the University of Iowa and is currently a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate.
