With more than six years of commercial real estate experience, in 2007 Crowden secured transactions valuing in excess of $7 million. Prior to joining Sperry van Ness, Crowden served as a retail advisor for SR Commercial, a boutique regional commercial real estate firm in Chicago, where he primarily focused on the leasing of commercial space, landlord/owner representation, the sale of commercial condominiums and Net Leased Investments. In 2007, Crowden was on the retail team that led to a Broker of the Year award for his lead team member, Chris Irwin. Previously, Crowden served as a property manager for Joseph Cacciatore & Company in Chicago, managing over one million square feet of commercial property throughout the Chicagoland metropolitan area. Throughout his commercial real estate career, Crowden has developed relationships with tenants such as Chase Bank, Panera Bread, Dunkin' Donuts, Washington Mutual Bank, T-Mobile, Sprint, BP Amoco, and others. Crowden studied business administration and economics at Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois and currently resides in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago.
